I began working at Country Living in the late summer of 2004 initially as a Senior Designer and then as their Art Editor. My duties included art directing photo-shoots for general and health & beauty features, the commissioning and briefing of illustrators, supervising cover-passes at the printers when necessary as well  as designing all aspects of the magazine and the general day to day work-flow of the Art Department. Alongside this I was also involved with designing visuals, show guides and merchandise such as calendars and diaries for the spring and Christmas fairs as well as any promotional material for their numerous campaigns and contributing to the designing of booklets and bookazines.
